Charlie Palmer Steak is inviting pairs to indulge in a special Valentine’s Day menu built for two. Begin the night with an appetizer of pancetta wrapped prawns topped with yuzu chive compound butter before moving to a fresh salad.
For the evening’s main course, guests can opt for one of two incredible surf and turf offerings. The first features a combination of Maine lobster and two six-ounce filet mignons garnished with a mushroom demi and accompanied by a mushroom risotto, all elegantly presented for two. Alternatively, guests may choose a tomahawk ribeye and sea bass pairing, consisting of a perfectly grilled steak and two four-ounce sea bass filets topped with a lemon white wine butter and caper sauce.
The evening concludes with a selection of mignardises, featuring an assortment of poppable desserts including a Valrhona chocolate raspberry mousse dome, vanilla bean crème brûlée, pear almond tart and an assorted selection of bonbons, providing a sweet end to the night. Guests have the option to enhance their evening with a classic wine pairing for an additional $60 or indulge in the Valentine’s Day-inspired “Love Bug Martini” for $22. Crafted with Grey Goose vodka, homemade strawberry puree and presented in a sugar rim glass, this drink is made to celebrate love.
Charlie Palmer Steak will serve this dinner for two on Wednesday, Feb. 14 from 5 to 10 p.m. starting at $225.
The Grand Café
The Grand Café is dishing up a special Valentine’s Day menu featuring a caprese salad made with baby basil, heirloom cherry tomatoes and topped with a balsamic glaze. For the main course, guests can savor a perfectly grilled seven-ounce filet mignon accompanied by seared prawns, Potatoes Anna and a decadent béarnaise sauce. End the night with a Valrhona chocolate mousse paired with a champagne raspberry compote and dark chocolate truffle, paired with a vanilla bean ice cream. Guests can add a glass of Meiomi Pinot Noir for $13.
The Grand Café will serve this Valentine’s Day menu on Wednesday, Feb. 14 from 5 to 10 p.m. starting at $46 per person.
Grand Buffet
Valentine’s Day is grand at the Grand Buffet. Guests can indulge on an array of buffet classics such as rack of lamb, maple-glazed salmon and grilled filet mignon. Or load a plate with a large selection of fresh seafood options and favorites including lobster mac and cheese, mussels marinara, Oysters Rockefeller, scallops and a sushi bar. With so many options to choose from, The Grand Buffet might become a new favorite date night tradition.
The Grand Buffet will serve this menu on Wednesday, Feb. 14 from 4 to 9 p.m. starting at $26 for children and $69 for adults.
Rim Asian Bistro
Enjoy date night at Rim Asian Bistro and feast on a four-course meal with a twist. Begin with a sushi platter including maguro, sake and hamachi nigiri plus a five-piece maguro sashimi followed by a pork and shrimp dumpling served with a spicy garlic soy dipping sauce.
For the main dish, enjoy a buttermilk-marinated, wok-fried corvina sea bass served on a bed of wok-tossed veggies, accompanied by steamed rice. Cap the night on a sweet note with a savory white chocolate cheesecake topped with a sake raspberry compote and pistachio crumble. Guests can also add a bottle of Freixenet champagne for $40 or a Freixenet Kir Royale with Chambord for $20.

Uno Más
For guests looking to add a little fiesta to their holiday, Uno Más pairs fresh ingredients with seasonal flavors for an unforgettable dining experience. Begin the night with a cured mahi tostada served with a chile de árbol aioli and micro herbs before moving to a vibrant salad made with grilled gem lettuce, oranges, red onion and epazote dressing.
The evening’s main dish is a grilled red snapper, made with mojo negro, rustic potatoes and a smoked rosemary butter. Accompanying the entreé is a cactus salad made with pico brunoise and topped with an oregano vinaigrette.
End the night with a flourless chocolate cake served with Mexican white chocolate cream, chocolate dipped strawberries and cinnamon ice cream.
In addition to this deliciously spicy holiday menu, Uno Más has a duo of drink specials to celebrate the occasion including the “Louis M Martini” for $13 for a glass or $48 for a bottle. Or guests can enjoy the “Amor Martini” made with Bacardi Coconut, peach schnapps, cranberry juice and sliced strawberries for a special $18 price per glass.

Chickie’s & Pete’s Crabhouse and Sportsbar
Feel the love at Chickie’s & Pete’s this Valentine’s Day. The special menu consists of four thoughtfully crafted courses featuring fresh ingredients inspired by the holiday. The night begins with roasted shishito peppers served with a lemon garlic aioli before moving to a Caesar salad made with house dressing and Chickie’s spiced croutons.
For the entreé, guests can choose from a duo of delectable dishes — a 12-ounce cut of prime rib served with roasted fingerling potatoes and charred broccolini or fettuccine alla vodka served with garlic bread and topped with shrimp, scallops and lobster.
Chickie’s guests can end the night with a smooth white chocolate cheesecake served with a dark chocolate ganache and a strawberry compote. Drink specials include a Bailey’s chocolate martini for $18.
