
Plant-Forward Selections
LAS VEGAS (May 2026) – Flight Club Las Vegas invites guests to lean into the energy of the summer season with a refreshed menu built around group outings, shared experiences and playful competition. Known for transforming the traditional game of darts into an interactive Social Darts® experience, Flight Club’s latest menu additions introduce tempting dishes that are easy to share between rounds of gameplay as well as craft cocktails designed for lingering conversations.
The seasonal additions also expand Flight Club’s plant-forward offerings, with dishes that move beyond standard vegetarian stand-ins, introducing more vibrant and flavor-forward options such as corn ribs with BBQ butter and cilantro crema, red pepper hummus with toasted pita and asparagus flatbreads layered with mozzarella, provolone, caramelized onion and arugula. Nearly half of its new dishes support vegetarian or plant-forward dining, intentionally integrated throughout the core menu experience rather than isolated as afterthoughts. The lineup of new menu offerings follows.
Dips & Small Plates

“Our summer menu naturally offers brighter flavors, more acidity and cleaner finishes,” said Jeff Martell, executive chef, Flight Club Las Vegas. “We also focused on designing dishes that are easy to eat, easy to share and don’t interrupt the overall experience—no complicated plating or anything that slows guests down. These new items feel indulgent enough for a social setting, but not heavy, so guests can keep playing, snacking and trying multiple items.”
Located inside The Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, Flight Club combines tech-enabled Social Darts® gameplay with elevated hospitality in a vibrant Victorian, fairground-inspired setting complete with colorful carousel horses and vintage details. Guests can enjoy semi-private playing areas known as “oches,” craft cocktails, local draft beers and shareable dining intentionally designed to bring people together through play.
