The addition of Nevada Heart & Vascular Center’s new Green Valley Clinic and Imaging Center will now enable all of the Las Vegas Valley to have quick and easy access to state-of-the-art cardiac care.
“We have directly invested in improving the health and lives of Henderson and Southeast Las Vegas Valley patients with the most advanced technology at our new imaging center,” said Nevada Heart & Vascular Center Chief Medical Officer Tony Alamo, M.D. “We welcome our referring medical partners to work with us to make this a healthier place to call home.”
The modern facility features two Siemens Healthineers BIOGRAPH Horizon scanners, giving medical professionals the opportunity to see inside the body with limited intervention activities needed. They complement the Computed Axial Tomography (CAT) and Positron Emission Tomography (PET) machines also available at the location.
“As the state’s largest independent cardiology practice with state-of-the-art technology and trusted medical professionals, we have the access and capacity to provide total cardiac care for all Nevadans,” Alamo added.
In addition to the state-of-the-art technology, nuclear and ultrasonography is also available for all cardiac and vascular needs.
Along with functioning as an imaging center, the new Green Valley location is also a large clinic where Nevada Heart and Vascular Center physicians skilled in general and interventional cardiology, in addition to electrophysiology and thoracic and vascular services, are available for consultation.
