Echo & Rig Steakhouse & Butcher Shop in Henderson is inviting guests to celebrate Memorial Day with the third installment of its popular Chef’s Table dining series, featuring a specially curated prix-fixe menu for $55 per guest, plus tax and gratuity.
Taking place on Monday, Memorial Day at Echo & Rig Henderson inside The District at Green Valley Ranch, the limited-time experience will spotlight the restaurant’s signature approach to elevated steakhouse dining at an approachable price point.
The Memorial Weekend Chef’s Table menu will include:
- Amuse-Bouche
- Wedge Salad with iceberg lettuce, tomato and bacon bleu cheese
- Classic Prime Rib served with au jus and creamed horseradish
- Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes
- Rainbow Swiss Chard
- New York Cheesecake with Kirsch sauce
Guests may also enhance the experience with optional add-ons including oysters, creamed spinach, creamed corn, the Chef’s Table signature cocktail and curated wine pairings.
