StartUpNV, a nonprofit incubator and accelerator for Nevada-based startup companies, is now managing the International Innovation Center (IIC) in downtown Las Vegas. Under its administration, StartUpNV is creating the ICC to be the preeminent co-working and networking location where entrepreneurs can find the support they need to succeed. The ICC provides the infrastructure, community, and support that entrepreneurs need to build and scale their ventures.
ICC offers flexible workspace solutions that are available 24/7 such as hot desks with a monitor, keyboard and mouse that can be reserved as needed on a daily or monthly basis. Business owners can also rent dedicated desks with a locking file box as well as large and small private offices monthly.
To promote co-working within the community, hot desks can be rented for free every first Friday of the month. And nonprofits always save 50% on rental fees for meeting spaces.
In addition to the workspaces, as part of StartUpNV’s statewide accelerator and incubator network, business owners at the ICC gain access to mentorship, resources, and a vibrant community of fellow founders and innovators.
The IIC also offers the following workplace amenities:
- Private meeting rooms that can accommodate 20 to 55 people
- Monthly networking events
- Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi
- Access to a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine
- Business services including an office address, mail forwarding and scanning
- A robust library with free resources for entrepreneurs
The International Innovation Center is located at 300 S 4th St #180, Las Vegas, Nev., 89101. More information, including details on pricing and reserving a desk, office or meeting room can be found at https://startupnv.org/iic/.
