These leadership appointments are designed to steer the veteran homebuilder’s next chapter as it begins operations in the Reno and Pahrump markets. · Danny Topol has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations. In this newly expanded role, Topol will work directly with President Tom McCormick IV to manage the company’s daily operations across all markets.

· Tommy McCormick V has been named Director of Sales.

· Abigail Upstill has been promoted to Sales Manager.

· Anthony Guzman has been promoted to Assistant Land Development Project Manager.
