
Bazaar Mar by José Andrés delivers a distinctive and elevated seafood dining experience in a vibrant, ocean-themed setting. True to its name, with “Mar” meaning sea in Spanish, the menu draws inspiration from the chef’s Spanish roots and coastal influences reflected throughout the restaurant. During Las Vegas Restaurant Week, diners are invited to savor an elevated four-course, dining experience priced at $120 per person. Bazaar Mar by José Andrés will be offering Marinated ‘Ferran Adrià’ Olives, Bagel & Lox Cone and Ora King Salmon for the first course. For the second course, guests can enjoy California Funnel Cake, Pan Tomate and Jamón Croquetas. The third course will feature lighter options such as Catalan Spinach and refreshing Tomato Salad. The main course presents a choice between Creamy Coconut Rice or Pollo al Ajillo. To conclude the meal, guests can indulge in the Donut Trio, featuring three decadent flavors: Arroz con Leche, Chocolate Salted Caramel, and Strawberries & Cream. Guests also have the option to enhance their dining experience with additional offerings for $10, including the dessert option, Key Lime Beach or a Moscato pairing featuring Michele Chiarlo “Nivole” Moscato d’Asti. Toca Madera offers modern Mexican cuisine with locally sourced ingredients in an upscale setting that fuses Arabesque accents with numerous fire elements that contribute to its unique, Modern Organic aesthetic. Recognized for its beautifully curated design and bold flavors, the restaurant will serve a three-course meal for $100 per person, available Sunday through Thursday from 4 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. and Friday through Saturday from 4 p.m. – 11:30 p.m. Starters feature Shishito Peppers, Crispy Calamari, Tostaditas with a choice of Chicken Tinga or Short Rib, a delectable Caesar Salad and a Mexican Chopped Salad. For the entrée, guests can choose from a Triple Triple Burger, Enchiladas with their choice of Chicken Tinga or Short Rib, Chicken al Pastor, Seared Salmon or a Petite Filet. Dessert options range from Churros with assorted dipping sauces to Brown Butter Cake with bourbon toffee sauce or a vegan Oaxacan Chocolate Mousse.
