About Reno Experience District (RED)
RED is a multi-use development by Lyon Living, which broke ground in 2016. RED features three luxury apartment communities– Basecamp, Emory and Atwood. Basecamp, opened in 2021, is the only gated community on property featuring a bi-level indoor/outdoor fitness center equipped with a sports court, rock-climbing wall and Pelotons. Emory, opened in 2021, is a private-access smoke-free community featuring amenities such as on-site retail, a heated resort-style pool and spa, and community-centered programming. Atwood, with the first two phases already opened in 2023, comes complete with a rooftop beer garden, a pet spa, a private whiskey lounge, and spacious luxury apartment unit interiors. In addition to the residential apartments, the Element Hotel by Westin opened in late 2022, as well as Archive, a flex-stay option for corporate travelers. Lyon Living is in communication with local retailers, restaurateurs and corporations to build its remaining amenities, including a 6,000-square-foot event center. Currently, Heyday Barber Co. is now open with Hub Coffee Roasters slated to open in 2024.
