In her new role, Shropshire will oversee marketing and sales initiatives for Play Social Inc. and all Play Playground locations, with a focus on driving revenue growth and aligning brand strategy with business objectives. She brings more than 17 years of experience leading expansion efforts across multi-location businesses and is renowned for integrating marketing and sales strategies that deliver measurable results while maintaining brand integrity and operational efficiency.

Throughout her career, she has managed operations and human resources functions across multiple departments, bringing a comprehensive understanding of workforce development within large-scale entertainment environments.
