
April 28, 2026 (RENO, Nev.) – KPS3, a full-service marketing and communications firm, has added Huong Forrest, account manager; Sayf Khidir, designer; Melanie Register, senior account manager; and Tyrell Smith, associate account manager, to the agency’s growing team.
At KPS3, Forrest, Khidir, Register and Smith will strengthen the agency’s integrated approach across account service, creative and digital strategy. Forrest and Register will help lead client relationships, ensuring clear communication, strong alignment and thoughtful execution across campaigns. Smith will support account teams in delivering organized project deliverables and responsive client service. Khidir will contribute design expertise across digital and brand experiences, translating ideas into creative that elevates storytelling and user engagement.
Huong Forrest brings a relationship-driven, agile approach shaped by more than two decades of experience across marketing, sales, events and creative services. Most recently, she served as an account manager at Joybyte, where she led client relationships, developed strategic insights and oversaw social media campaign performance. Prior to that, she ran her own photography and design business, managing clients from concept through delivery. Earlier in her career, she held roles in casino marketing, national sales and special events. She also worked as a substitute teacher for Washoe County School District and served as a professional cheerleader and ambassador for the Kansas City Chiefs. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in graphic design from the University of Missouri–Columbia.
Sayf Khidir has extensive experience in digital design, art direction and brand storytelling across agency and in-house teams. He previously served as senior digital designer at Noble Studios, where he led digital experience work for travel, tourism and nonprofit clients, including award-winning projects recognized by the American Advertising Federation. Prior to that, he was associate creative director at MOBĒ, where he helped define UX, visual systems and brand standards for digital product experiences. He has also held design roles at Clear Capital, Gap Inc., Levi Strauss & Co., Fluid, and multiple major cultural institutions and festivals including Sundance, the Napa Valley Film Festival and the San Francisco Film Festival. He earned his bachelor’s degree in design and visual communications from San Francisco State University.
Melanie Register brings more than 10 years of experience in full-service advertising agency environments spanning automotive, healthcare, retail, quick service restaurants and professional services. Most recently, she served as senior account manager at Motivated Marketing, where she led client relationships, developed integrated marketing strategies and managed cross-functional teams across creative, media, digital and analytics. Prior to that, she served in roles as account executive and junior account executive, overseeing campaign execution, media planning and client communications across a 30+ client portfolio. Earlier in her career, she worked in local media as a news producer at a Charleston NBC affiliate and held production and on-air roles in radio, strengthening her background in storytelling and communication. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in communications, with a focus in media, and a minor in film studies and philosophy from the College of Charleston.
Tyrell Smith supports client service teams with a focus on organization, communication and execution. Most recently, he served as marketing manager for Pinecrest Construction and Development Co., where he built and led the company’s marketing function. Prior to that, he spent more than five years as marketing manager at 10 Torr Distilling and Brewing, where he led digital strategy, branding and content development. He has also worked in coaching roles for Reno-area high schools and held a supervisory position at UPS. He is the founder of Creative Habit, a freelance marketing and branding venture. He earned a bachelor’s degree of business administration in marketing and management from Dakota State University, where he also played football.
