My E-Bike, a Las Vegas-based electric bike company founded by entrepreneur James Sims, has announced an affiliation with Midtown Las Vegas to introduce a new mobility-focused retail and rental presence within the highly anticipated Arts District development.
As part of the affiliation, My E-Bike will establish a first-floor retail location inside Midtown’s new residential community, offering e-bike sales and rentals designed to meet the growing demand for alternative transportation options in downtown Las Vegas.
The collaboration reflects a shared vision to create a more connected, accessible, and experience-driven urban environment—encouraging both residents and visitors to explore the city beyond traditional car travel.

My E-Bike @ Midtown will serve both the local residential community and tourists, offering a curated fleet of approximately 20 rotating e-bikes currently available via delivery throughout the Las Vegas Valley, with plans to transition to on-site rentals once the Midtown location opens. Bike options range from scooter-style and step-through models to café racer designs, accommodating a wide range of riders.
In addition to rentals, My E-Bike will provide customized sales solutions, with access to a broad selection of e-bikes tailored to individual needs. All bikes are new and meet local regulations for use in Las Vegas.
A key feature of the My E-Bike experience is its proprietary navigation system, offering GPS-guided routes to key local destinations and attractions. Riders can easily access curated experiences and navigate seamlessly back to Midtown, enhancing both convenience and exploration.

Currently, all rentals are fulfilled through delivery service across the Las Vegas Valley, with Midtown set to become the future hub for retail, rentals, and community programming.
