Following a sold-out debut, Echo & Rig Henderson invites guests back to the table for the next installment of its exclusive dining series, Chef’s Table 02 — Classic Steak & Lobster, taking place Monday, April 20 from 5 to 9 p.m.
Designed as a shared, immersive dining experience, Chef’s Table @ Echo & Rig Henderson brings guests together for one curated menu, served at the same time, centered around a single culinary concept. The series transforms a typical night out into a collective experience — where every guest enjoys the same thoughtfully crafted progression from start to finish.
“Our Chef’s Table series is about more than just dinner — it’s about creating a moment,” said Chef Sam Marvin. “Everyone in the room is there for the same experience, and that shared energy makes it something special.”
For its second installment, Echo & Rig returns to a timeless steakhouse pairing: Steak & Lobster. This classic combination is reimagined the Echo & Rig way — focused, elevated, and executed with precision.
“There’s a reason steak and lobster has stood the test of time,” the team adds. “It’s rich, balanced, and satisfying — and when it’s done right, it doesn’t need to be complicated.”
The Experience
