One of Las Vegas’ leading industrial brokerage teams introduces a new name amid continued growth
The Colliers brokerage team formerly known as Doherty Industrial Group has rebranded as the DSD Industrial Team, reflecting the leadership of partners Daniel Doherty, SIOR, Paul Sweetland, SIOR and Jerry Doty, SIOR. The team also includes Morgan Elson, Zach McClenahan and Liz Elliott.
Operating from Colliers’ Las Vegas office, the DSD Industrial Team advises on complex leasing, investment and development strategy across Southern Nevada and has played a central role in many of the area’s most significant industrial transactions.

The partners also remain active in SIOR, where all three have served in presidential leadership roles, and the team has earned multiple SIOR People’s Choice honors.
