One of the most iconic and storied restaurants in Las Vegas, Piero’s Italian Cuisine will offer special a la carte holiday menus in addition to their regular menu of Italian favorites for both Christmas Eve, Wednesday, Dec. 24 and New Year’s Eve, Wednesday, Dec. 31.
The special Christmas Eve menu will feature two exceptional entrees, either Wagyu prime rib with wasabi scented mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, and porcini jus or an Italian seafood pasta featuring lobster, shrimp, clams, garlic and white wine tossed in a Mafaldine pasta. The Christmas Eve menu will also offer an Italian chopped salad, a chicken saltimbocca appetizer, and a fruit cobbler served with vanilla gelato for dessert. Piero’s will be open from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m. on Christmas Eve.
On New Year’s Eve, Piero’s Guests can celebrate the new year by enjoying a delicious chef curated menu highlighted by an impressive seafood platter consisting of eight freshly shucked oysters, three jumbo shrimp, and two fresh Florida stone crabs served with cocktail sauce, mustard remoulade, and fresh lemon. The main entrée special is surf and turf with filet mignon and a butter poached Australian lobster tail served with creamy parmesan polenta, charred asparagus with lemon brown butter, horseradish sauce, and drawn butter. The a la carte menu also offers a burrata and citrus insalata with Cara Cara winter orange, shaved fennel, pistachio, basil oil, and a prosecco vinaigrette as a starter and a fruit cobbler served with vanilla gelato for dessert. On New Year’s Eve, Piero’s will be open from 5 p.m. until 2 a.m., with the last seating at midnight.
Both nights, diners will also have the option to order from Piero’s renowned authentic Italian menu that features classic dishes like the Osso Buco, veal chop parmigiana, and seasonal Stone Crabs. Diners will be able to enjoy live Rat-pack style entertainment both nights in the Monkey Bar.
