(December 31, 2025 – Reno, Nev.) – Catholic Charities of Northern Nevada (CCNN) is honored to receive a major charitable contribution from Nagaraj and Satish Garimalla of Protech Solutions, Inc.
The donation arrives at a time of heightened community need and will directly support St. Vincent’s Food Pantry, helping families affected by disruptions to SNAP benefits and increasing food insecurity across Northern Nevada.
The Garimalla family’s gift funded expanded Thanksgiving “Gathering Together” meal kits and “Fork Ready” meals provided through CCNN’s Client Choice Pantries – delivering more than 240,000 meals to individuals and families in need.
“The generous gift comes at a critical moment,” said Marie Baxter, CEO of Catholic Charities of Northern Nevada. “The Garimalla family’s commitment affirms our mission to serve vulnerable neighbors with dignity and compassion.”
“We are deeply moved by the scale of CCNN’s impact. Serving nearly 40,000 individuals each month is extraordinary, and we are proud to support their work for families in need,” said Satish and Nagaraj Garimalla.
Catholic Charities extends its deepest gratitude to the Garimalla family and Protech Solutions, Inc. for strengthening the safety net for Northern Nevada and ensuring thousands of families have access to nutritious food during challenging times.
