As Main St. Provisions prepares to celebrate its five-year anniversary this December, the acclaimed Arts District restaurant is welcoming the holiday season with a lineup of elevated dining specials for the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo (NFR), Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve.
Known for its refined comfort cuisine and a warm neighborhood atmosphere, Main St. Provisions continues to earn local and national attention — including the spotlight on Executive Chef Ellie Parker, who is currently competing on FOX’s Hell’s Kitchen every Thursday.
“We are so grateful for the love and support this community has shown us over the past five years,” said Kim Owens, Owner of Main St. Provisions. “As we celebrate this milestone, we’re excited to bring guests a holiday lineup that reflects the heart of our restaurant — thoughtfully crafted dishes, warm hospitality, and the incredible talent of Chef Ellie Parker and our entire team.”
For the upcoming Wrangler National Finals Rodeo, Main St. Provisions will feature an 18 oz Creekstone Ribeye served with confit marble potatoes and a Pendleton Whisky black peppercorn sauce.
On Christmas Eve, guests can enjoy a French Onion Soup with puff pastry to start, followed by a 14 oz Prime Rib accompanied by au jus and horseradish crème fraîche, with Creamed Spinach topped with a poached egg as the featured side.
To ring in the New Year, Main St. Provisions will present a luxurious holiday menu beginning with a Warm Shellfish Platter featuring an herb butter–crusted lobster tail, poached shrimp, crab meat au gratin and French bread crostini. Guests will then enjoy an entrée of Applewood Smoked Bacon–Wrapped 10 oz Filet Mignon served with truffle whipped potatoes, complemented by a decadent Lobster Mac & Cheese as the evening’s signature side.
