LAS VEGAS – May 17, 2025 – This summer, Melody Sweets brings the sea to the desert sands at the Smith Center with Summer Fling! A uniquely hilarious and fantasy-filled evening celebrating all things song, sun, and seductive romance. Join Melody and her mesmerizing mermaids for an unforgettable night of sultry performances, big-band vibes, and irreverent hilarity. Summer Fling blends daring originals and timeless covers, each one as bold, creative, and seductive as a summer fling should be.
The show will take place on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at 8 p.m. at Myron’s at The Smith Center for the Performing Arts (361 Symphony Park Ave.). “From sparkling burlesque performances to croon-worthy melodies about fleeting summer love, Summer Fling promises to be a night full of fantasy, fun, and flirtatious allure. The evening will feature special guest singer Blake Lewis (AGT), beautiful burlesque performances by Buttercup and Maude Zoleum, along with dancers Becs O’Hara and Brittany Dunn. Melody will be accompanied by a stellar band featuring Shea Marshall on Sax, Kevin Mullinax on Trombone, and Sergio Adame (Wu-Tang Clan’s bongosero) on Trumpet & Percussion. The band is rounded out by Robert John Kley on Stand-Up Bass, Matt Green on piano, and Brett Barnes on drums.
