
“I am honored to serve as Interim Executive Officer and to continue supporting the Board’s commitment to protecting Nevada consumers and promoting professionalism throughout the construction industry,” Rozario said. “I look forward to working alongside our dedicated staff and industry partners as we continue serving communities across the state.”
Rozario previously served as the Board’s Director of Investigations from 2014 to 2024, where he directed all compliance and criminal investigations conducted by the Investigations Department and managed the administration of the Residential Recovery Fund. During his tenure, he played a key role in supporting the Board’s consumer protection and enforcement efforts throughout the state.
Prior to joining the NSCB, Rozario spent 27 years with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), serving as a special agent for both domestic and foreign assignments. He held leadership positions for 17 years, culminating in his role as Assistant Special Agent in Charge of the DEA Las Vegas District Office from 2010 to 2014, where he was responsible for overseeing all operations within Nevada.
As Interim Executive Officer, Rozario will help build upon the Board’s longstanding commitment to serving Nevada residents and supporting a construction industry that is safe, reliable and trusted by the public. His experience and leadership will be an asset as the Board continues to work across Nevada.
