The Emerald Island Casino in Downtown Henderson is proud to announce Kyle Brooks has joined the family business as player development manager. Kyle is the son of Tim Brooks who, along with his twin brother Mike, owns the casino as well as its sister property, the Rainbow Club Casino on Water Street.
In this role, Brooks is responsible for signing up new members, ensuring player satisfaction, assisting with special events, guest retention, promotions, paying jackpots, marketing, and even helping in the casino restaurant, the Emerald Island Grille, when needed.
“We always envisioned our family business being passed down to our children so it’s wonderful to see that plan in motion,” said Tim Brooks, co-owner and general manager of Emerald Island Casino. “Seeing Kyle care for our guests like family brings me immeasurable joy as it’s always been our mission to make players feel right at home.”
Prior to joining Emerald Island Casino, Brooks owned Horizon Pizzeria in Henderson for 4 years. He is a graduate of San Diego State University, with a bachelor’s degree in business marketing.
When he is not working, Brooks enjoys visiting local breweries, going to concerts, and attending sporting events, particularly those involving the San Diego Padres and San Diego State Aztecs.
