LAS VEGAS – United Way of Southern Nevada (UWSN) is proud to announce the appointment of Vjollca Tarjan, Market President for Enterprise Bank & Trust, to its Board of Directors. Tarjan brings more than two decades of leadership in banking and a deep commitment to community and economic development.

Tarjan’s career spans middle market, business, and community banking, with leadership roles at Fleet Bank, US Bank, and Wells Fargo before joining Enterprise Bank & Trust. A native of Albania, she immigrated to the U.S. as a student and has since become a respected leader in the Las Vegas business community. Her journey is marked by resilience, mentorship, and a dedication to helping others succeed.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Tarjan is an active community leader, serving on the boards of the Nevada Bankers Association and the Vegas Chamber. She previously served on the boards of Nevada Succeeds and the Women’s Chamber of Commerce. She is also involved with Junior Achievement and the UNLV Business School, promoting financial literacy and education.
