Las Vegas- Executive Chef Giancarlo Bomparola has created a fantastic Christmas menu for Siena Italian Authentic Trattoria for 2022 highlighting old world Italian seafood dishes in the classic Christmas appetizer tradition including :
Insalata Di Mare- Marinated assorted seafood with celery lemon parsley sauce. Clams Casino – Baked Large Clams Stuffed with Garlic ,Parsley, Butter, Bread crumbs and Lemon, Octopus – Grilled and marinated served with potatoes and olives, Crab Cake -Lump Crab Meat made with home made Romano bread crumbs, served with Aioli sauce and the delicious Fritto Misto-Fried Shrimp, Calamari, and Scallops Served with Spicy Marinara Sauce.
Bomparola has chosen several seafood specialties to celebrate the holiday season for the main course to include: Lobster Ravioli- Fresh made filled with Lobster and served with a lemon cream sauce, Risotto and seafood tossed with scallops, clams, calamari, roasted tomatoes, white wine topped with a lobster tail,
Imported Branzino- pan seared, served with lemon caper sauce, potatoes and spinach.
Tagliolini Ai Frutti Di Mare Homemade pasta tossed with shrimp, lobster meat, scallops, tomatoes and scallions in a seafood cream sauce as well as many more classic Italian favorites.
As always, the Siena Deli carries a huge array of homemade pastries, Panettone and cakes, Italian cookies and specialty breads made by hand. Please pre-order as early as possible.
Food is made from scratch daily in the kitchen led by Milan-raised and award winning Executive Chef Giancarlo Bomparola, who embodies the spirit of Northern Italian cooking with dishes inspired by his heritage and recipes passed down through the generations.
Reservations are strongly recommended during the holiday season. The Siena Italian private banquet room is available for office, family, or friends dining celebrations for up to 35 people.
