Heather Cox, owner of Certify My Company, a Henderson, Nevada-based leader in helping small, underserved businesses earn and maximize the use of valuable supplier certifications, was recently honored with Chase Ink’s 2024 Entreprenista 100 Award.
The Entreprenista 100 Award recognizes the outstanding achievements of female entrepreneurs across various industries, celebrating their resilience, innovation, and commitment to excellence. Cox has demonstrated exceptional leadership and vision in steering Certify My Company to success.

Certify My Company has helped thousands of women, minority, LGBTQ, Veteran, and disability-owned businesses certify as diverse-owned businesses. Cox and her team also help to connect newly certified clients with corporations looking to do business with them. She also educates corporations on diversity practices and collaborates with managers and supplier diversity programs to help them achieve their diversity goals.
Beyond her role in her company, Cox also serves on the national and regional forums for Women’s Business Enterprise Council-West (WBEC-W), and has held past positions with the Women’s Presidents’ Educational Organization (WPEO-NY), WBE-National Council, the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and the Advisory Board for Super Bowl XLVII.
The busy entrepreneur and mother of five loves to travel and is also a former acro-gymnast, tightrope walker and juggler.
