LAS VEGAS – The Nevada Bankers Association (NBA) announced the sold-out, platinum sponsors of its second annual Nevada Trust Conference from April 24 to 26 at Paris Las Vegas.
NBA’s platinum sponsors for the 2023 in-person conference will include Charles Schwab, GBank, Laurel Trust and Seiler LLP.
Charles Schwab Trust Company (CSTC) provides corporate trustee services exclusively for Schwab’s expansive network of branches, financial consultants, wealth advisors, and their clients. Acting both as a traditional, full-services trustee, or as a directed trustee under Nevada law, CSTC’s structure allows professionals in this field to develop and maintain long-term relationships for trust assets while leveraging industry-leading securities custody, technology, and administrative expertise for the families they serve.
GBank (formerly known as “Bank of George”) is a wholly owned subsidiary of GBank Financial Holdings Inc., a bank holding company. Founded in 2007, GBank operates two full-service commercial branches in Las Vegas, Nevada, with primary lending activities focused on engaging clients in Nevada, California, Utah, and Arizona. GBank has key businesses in three prominent divisions: SBA lending, gaming FinTech, and commercial lending. It conducts business nationally through its SBA lending activities (ranked 14th in the nation by the U.S. Small Business Administration for SBA 7(a) dollar loan volume through September 30, 2022) and its BankCard Services, LLC (“BCS”) partnership.
Laurel Trust Company is a thoughtfully driven professional trustee adept at streamlining complexity, putting their client’s values and priorities first. This is done by providing solutions-oriented trustee services and efficiently coordinating with its client’s legal and investment advisors to pursue their strategic objectives.
For 65 years, Seiler has provided advisory, tax, and accounting services to some of the world’s most visionary and influential people, businesses, and nonprofit organizations. Based in Silicon Valley and the San Francisco Bay Area, they are an independent member of HLB, the global advisory and accounting network.
NBA officials say the conference is “a must for estate management professionals, attorneys and accountants in Nevada and throughout the U.S.” It will highlight the differences and advantages of Nevada’s trust environment while offering continuing education credits for a variety of industry credentials.
Top-level speakers will present on topics ranging from regulatory challenges for digital assets, to charitable trusts to APT and NINGS.
