LAS VEGAS – The Nevada Bankers Association (NBA) announced it will hold its second annual Nevada Trust Conference from April 24 to 26, 2023 at Paris Las Vegas.
NBA officials say the conference is “a must for estate management professionals, attorneys and accountants in Nevada and throughout the U.S.” It will highlight the differences and advantages of Nevada’s trust environment while offering continuing education credits for a variety of industry credentials.
“Top experts with experience in the field will separate fact from myth regarding the accessibility and responsiveness of the jurisdiction,” said NBA President and CEO Phyllis Gurgevich. “Nevada offers a unique environment for trusts, and the state is often a separate topic at trust events around the country. Conference participants will gain insight into how a Nevada trust can provide a strong sense of certainty for their clients, families and their lives.”
Top-level speakers will present on topics ranging from regulatory challenges for digital assets, to charitable trusts to APT and NINGS. Participants will hear from national speakers including Jonathan Blattmachr, Paul Lee, Sam Donaldson, Paul Frimmer, David Handler, Dick Kinyon and more. Nevada experts include Bob Armstrong, Michaelle Rafferty and
Alan Freer. A digital assets session will feature Matt Saltzman, Elis McGee and Albert Forkner.
